Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection is for current homeowners who are planning to put a home on the market. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property to identify structural strengths and areas in need of repair, maintenance, or component replacement. This information can be important for preserving the value of a home and working toward a real estate transaction that will satisfy both parties.

New Construction Inspection
It’s a good idea to have your new home professionally inspected before the builder performs a final walkthrough. By carefully inspecting the home’s readily accessible components and installed mechanical systems, we’ll be able to provide unbiased facts about the home’s condition that you can then take up with the builder if necessary.

New Construction Phase Inspections
These inspections will help to ensure that construction on a new home is completed in a safe and timely fashion while protecting the homeowner’s interests. We’ll arrive at several different phases of construction to get an idea of current progress and to check for safety issues or construction errors that need to be dealt with before the next phase begins.

Loan Draw Inspections
For this inspection, we’ll begin by familiarizing ourselves with the loan agreement and overall construction plans for a new home. We’ll then visit the site several times during the construction to ensure that the project remains compliant with the bank’s terms. This may prevent delays and potential litigation can be avoided.

Re-Inspections
Re-Inspections should be scheduled by prospective homebuyers who need to know whether or not a defective home component discovered in a previous inspection has been fixed or replaced. We’ll return to the property to reevaluate the component so that we can provide confirmation that the issue has been resolved and that no further attention is required.

Mold Inspection
Mold can quickly turn a beautiful home into an unsightly and unhealthy living space. We’ll meticulously look over your prospective home to locate potential signs of existing mold damage or moisture issues that could signal an imminent mold problem.

Radon Testing
Radon is an odorless and invisible gas that begins its life cycle through radioactive decay processes occurring naturally underground. Once formed, the gas rises up to the surface and is often able to enter homes through small structural openings. We highly recommend that you have us test your current or prospective home for radon—long-term exposure is associated with several lung conditions, and that’s a risk you don’t want to take.

WDO/Termite Inspection
Termite damage is a major headache, and unfortunately, many homebuyers will invest in a property without realizing that their home is affected. For this inspection service, we’ll examine a home for signs of termite damage that you need to be aware of so that you aren’t left with a repair bill you shouldn’t be responsible for.

Sewer Inspection
This inspection is an examination of a home’s sewer system. We’ll evaluate the condition of the sewer housing as well as the mechanical components that are integral to the sewer’s safe and continued operation. We’ll also check for potential blockages.
